It's Official, Weems Now a Raptor
After a whirlwind of trade activity, Sonny Weems is officially a Toronto Raptor
Toronto acquired forward Amir Johnson and guard-forward Sonny Weems from the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday for guards Carlos Delfino and Roko Ukic.
Weems was traded from the Nuggets to the Bucks and then to the Raptors this off season.
